February 13, 2017 – In keeping with its commitment to excellent customer support, Zurixx recently contracted Service Strategies Corporation to come to our Salt Lake City office and provide our full-time customer service representatives with training and certification. We are proud that all 17 full-time customer service employees passed the certification test.
Service Strategies advances service excellence for quality-minded organizations by providing industry-standard certification and training programs that ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality customer service and support. Service Strategies is the program administrator for the industry-leading Certification program.

Applying a proven benchmark process to its certification programs for continuous service improvement, Service Strategies develops and delivers specialized customer service and management training for service and support professionals. “The training was completely worth it,” says Shane Andrus, Director of Customer Support. “I wanted to make sure we brought in an outside professional to teach our customer support teams the tools to make every call end in resolution. Everyone was able to take away something new.”
