Zurixx Furthers Commitment to Customer Service

In an effort to further commitment to customer service, Zurixx is proud to announce their membership with the Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program.

May 15, 2017 – In keeping with its commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction, Zurixx is a participant in the ERSP Review Program (ERSP).

ERSP is a self-regulation program created in 2004 by various U.S. business organizations to help promote consumer confidence. ERSP is a program of the Electronic Retailing Association and is administered by the Advertising Self-Regulatory Council (ASRC). The program enhances consumer confidence in electronic retailing by providing a forum to self-regulate direct response advertising.

The program offers the electronic retail industry a quick and effective system for reviewing their marketing and advertising and discourages any marketing and advertising efforts that contain unsubstantiated, false claims. ERSP’s mission is to demonstrate the strong commitment of the industry to meaningful and effective self-regulation.

Joining the ERSP is just the latest in Zurixx’s efforts to continuously offer excellent customer service. In February 2017, Zurixx commissioned Service Strategies Corporation to provide all Zurixx’s customer service representatives with an intensive customer service training program. After completing the program, each employee was tested and deemed certified.

Zurixx is confident its membership with the ERSP will help reinforce its commitment to top-tier customer service as we continue to grow and provide the nation’s most quality real estate training programs.
